Is Streambox® compatible with GC systems other than Shimadzu?
Yes. Although it is natively optimized for direct control by Shimadzu GC software (up to 16 lanes), the equipable version of a stand-alone controller allows you to connect and interface the Streambox with any GC or Micro GC in the market.
How does Streambox handle gas sampling bags at atmospheric pressure?
In its configuration « Bag passer »Streambox incorporates a dedicated sampling pump and a rotameter to extract the gas repeatedly, without altering the matrix or requiring pre-pressure.
Can Streambox handle corrosive or reactive sulfur compounds?
Absolutely. Selecting the passivant treatment option SilcoNert® 2000, reactive compounds such as (H2S, NH3, chlorinated) are transferred without adsorption losses or matrix degradation.
