NEMeau responds to the need to accurately and repeatedly extract gases dissolved in discharge waters for monitoring an industrial site.
This sampler allows automated extraction of dissolved gases: it uses 2 well-known extraction principles: bullying and vacuum. The gases thus collected can be analysed in a repeatable and accurate manner.
Driven by an embedded controller, NEMEAU is designed to integrate seamlessly into any industrial environment.

The extraction cell can manage clear discharge waters such as those charged with particles without affecting the system. The design of NEMeau allows easy maintenance and robustness over time thanks to automated vacuum cleaning phases.

The NEMEAU solution is divided into two distinct modules: a high-performance Extraction Cell and a dedicated Control Unit equipped with an intuitive touch-screen interface.
Operating Principle:
The NEMEAU system samples a controlled sample volume and initiates a high-efficiency extraction sequence combining sparging (bubbling) and vacuum technology. This dual-action process ensures the optimal recovery of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), which are then transferred to a pre-configured industrial GC for detailed analysis.
By utilizing continuous sampling, the system ensures your data remains current, providing real-time insights into your water quality.
Self-Cleaning & Repeatability: To ensure consistent accuracy, NEMEAU executes an automated cleaning cycle using vacuum and fresh water (mains or filtered) after every analysis. High-precision sensors monitor volume, pressure, and temperature to guarantee unmatched repeatability. Enhanced Recovery: An optional heated extraction cell is available to improve the recovery of water-soluble or heavier compounds.
NEMEAU serves as the central controller for your entire online monitoring setup. You can track your results, manage methods, and monitor system health via the built-in 7" touch screen or our license-free web interface.
In line with an industrial GC, NEMeau allows you to follow:
- Analyzer condition (ready, under analysis, lost communication)
- Definition of thresholds
- Loading analysis methods
- Back control buckle. Ex: loading of a specific method if the threshold is exceeded.
- Tracking chart
- Calibration of GC via cell
- Archiving results and threshold exceedances.
